How often are the dogs out of their cages?

• We do not offer cages. We have kennels.
• They are out of their kennels much of the day, depending on how social they are, whether they can run off leash (off leash go more because they are trained and respond off leash in a natural, non-fenced area).
• Everyone leashed or non-leashed go for two or more outside adventures per day plus free play in the arena.

Do they share kennels?

• Only if they are from the same family and you request it.

When do you feed them?

• We try our best to keep as close to their regular times as possible, typically 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM.

Do you give meds and, if so, how much do you charge?

• Yes, we give meds. They must be kept in the original prescribed bottle with instructions or in a plastic container. No baggies. We must have a copy of the script from your vet.
• We do not charge for pills.
• We do not administer shots.
• We will administer meds as prescribed on the bottle unless a written notice is sent from your vet.

Do you groom on weekends?

• Yes, with ample notice for scheduling purposes.

Do you allow before or after hours pickup or delivery?

• No, unless it is an emergency.

What vet do you use in case of emergency?

• We try to use your vet, if possible, or a vet of your choice.
• We have very good relationships with Bay Pines, Maple River and Jensen's.
